ABOUT ME
If you’re here, you might be trying to understand yourself a little better. Maybe you’ve noticed patterns in your relationships that leave you feeling frustrated or unseen. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or the quiet pressure to “hold it all together.” Or maybe you simply want a space where you can think out loud without being judged.
I come to this work with genuine curiosity about what makes you, you. I believe therapy is a collaborative process - one where we explore your experiences, untangle unhelpful patterns, and build practical tools that support your emotional wellbeing. My training in Counselling Psychology allows me to hold this space with care and structure, but our work is always grounded in your lived experience.
You already carry strengths, insight, and resilience - even if they don’t feel accessible right now. My role is to help you reconnect with them through open conversation, thoughtful reflection, and steady support. No pressure to have it all figured out. Just honest dialogue, clarity, and growth at a pace that feels right for you.
